Shipping Policy
All our UK orders are sent by first class post and we endeavour to send them out within 48 hours.
All orders from outside of the UK will be sent by international post and should arrive between 5-7 days after we receive your order.
Return & Exchange Policy
We hope that you will be completely satisfied with your purchase, but if for whatever reason you are not, we offer a no quibble full refund returns policy, if we are notified within 14 days of the order being dispatched.
Simply contact us by email with details of your order and the reason for returning it and we will fully refund your purchase price.
Corporate Orders
A personalised, simple to make jigsaw puzzle, is a great way to communicate your business to your current or potential customers and clients.
We would recommend keeping the number of puzzle pieces to a minimum, say 12, but the vast majority of recipients will take the short amount of time required to put the jigsaw together, and all the while they’re doing that – they’re thinking of you!
We can produce your puzzles and can quote on any number over one and the shape of the puzzle can be square, round, rectangular or even heart-shaped.
Not only can the puzzle be personalised, but also the box that it comes in, together with any inserted message on paper that you want to include.
We can despatch them for you to individual addresses, or we can deliver them as a total order for you to send.
